We've complied a list of great Framer's Markets and stands in the area, so grab your reusable bags and shop local this summer!

Hanover Farmers Market

Open June 1st to October 12th every Wednesday 3-6pm on the Hanover Green at Dartmouth.
Bring home the makings for a fresh, locally-grown meal or grab a snack, straight from the farm to the table. This new agriculturally-focused market will include fresh produce, meats, herbs, cheeses, flowers, plants, dairy, baked goods and locally prepared foods. Free Parking on Wheelock St. & College St. too! Also enjoy local music, see artful demonstrations by the League of NH Craftsmen, learn about sustainability, and visit with neighbors, all while supporting your local farmers.

Lebanon Farmers' Market

Open May 19th through September 29th Every Thursday 4-7pm Colburn Park on the Green. The mission of the Lebanon Farmers' Market is to provide a venue where local farmers, producers, crafters and artisans come together to provide a variety of fresh produce and related products directly to the consumer. The market encourages direct communication between consumers and growers, fosters social gathering and community building, and promotes nutritious food choices.

Open beginning of May through October every Saturday 9-1pm on Route 5 South. Everything that is sold at the Norwich Farmers Market is made or grown in one of the four counties surrounding the market. Grafton and Sullivan counties in New Hampshire and Windsor and Orange in Vermont supply us with over 110 vendors. That means that your vegetables have been picked fresh for market, some coming from the fields on Saturday morning. Many of the baked goods started the morning in the oven and some of the crafts are created while you’re shopping.

Woodstock Farmers' Market

This Market is open year round Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-7pm, Sunday 8am-6pm, and Closed Monday. There mission is we serve the local community great food that ranges from take-out prepared dinners and lunches to regular stuff like milk and eggs to fresh organic produce to fresh meats and everything in between. There vision for the Market has always been to make great food accessible to everyone. We all love food and love to cook but we're not snobby about it. In fact, we don't consider ourselves "gourmet," because it implies exclusivity, and we believe that anyone can create great food.

Open Saturdays 11am-2pm at the State Street Green. The Market exists for the purpose of providing a direct marketing outlet for locally produced agricultural products, specialty foods and crafts to the consumer for the benefit of both the consumers and the producers thus supporting the local economy, and to educated the Greater Windsor area public to the availability and benefits of locally produced:
  • Vegetables and fruits, maple syrup and honey, eggs, meats and other agricultural products.
  • Baked goods, specialty foods and canned goods.
  • Crafts, music and other goods from local artisans and producers.

Claremont Farmers' Market

Open June 2nd to October 6th every Thursday 4-7pm at Broad Street Park rain or shine. Claremont Farmers' Market provides a beautiful setting and location for farmers and local producers to sell directly to buyers in a market environment. Highly visible from Rte 12, a major traffic way. Free parking. A well known and established market place. Open from May 20th to Thanksgiving Monday through Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm. At Killdeer Farm green life is stirring; the first Greenhouse Tomatoes have been  seeded and are large enough to be carefully grafted. Some early herbs and flowers are just popping up in our earliest green house. The rest of the greenhouses were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized late in the fall and are now ready for their new guests. Seeds are ordered and arriving, and plans for crops are coming together.

Farm stand hours are Monday through Saturday 10am-6p and Sunday 10am-5pm. Throughout the season they offer an abundance of fresh vegetables, berries, and flowers grown right here on there farm. From the earliest of the spring greens right through to the pumpkins and storage crops, our produce is of the highest quality, grown with care, and always certified organic.

Edgewater Farm

Open from June to October Monday to Saturdays 10-5:30pm and Sundays 10-4:30pm. They restock daily from the fields and coolers on to the shelves insuring the very freshest produce for our Upper Valley community.  In addition, they have an extensive offering of prepared foods from our onsite kitchen! Originally intended as a way to use excess produce from the farm fields for value added products at the farmstand, the kitchen has since become an important enterprise on many other levels.  In addition to the summer salads, breads and cookies that we originally envisioned and produce during the retail farmstand season, the kitchen has branched out to make products for the Fall CSA memberships (soups, salads, roasted vegetables, baked goods, etc.) as well as doing custom orders for patron pick-up.
