Gizmo’s Pickled Plus strives to ensure that all their products are of the highest quality and made from the freshest, most natural ingredients possible. They grow many of the raw vegetables used in their preserves, with a significant portion collected from wild patches in the woods and fields near their farm.

The method is simple, according to Gizmo’s website, “On just a four-burner stove, we cook the old-fashioned way, with all-natural ingredients the way our grandmothers did. Using all-organic practices, we plant and grow most of our ingredients. We also pick quantities of our ingredients in the wild.”

In addition, “many of our recipes were handed down from our grandmothers. We have also developed several unique products such as our new Cucumber and Lime Jam as well as our Italian Spiced Green Tomatoes.” You can find samples and buy their products at farmers’ markets and craft fairs throughout Central Vermont, and they ship their products year-round and will fill special orders.
