In this workshop, we will introduce ways to bring awareness to your body and feel the muscle tone in isolation as well as strengthening and stretching the supporting muscles. We will learn the importance of correct alignment to facilitate the healing of pelvic floor dysfunctions and will address the issues of pelvic pain, bladder control and prolapse. ~All women are welcome~ Vijnana Yoga - Flowing with Precision 1:00 - 3:00 - This workshop will include quiet sitting, pranayama, asana and relaxation. While we will emphasize the flow and continuity of movement we will also emphasize precision in postures, correct alignment and a sense of ease while practicing.

This workshop will include standing poses, backbends, inversions and forward folds, allowing heat to build from the inside. I will be offering modifications for both advanced as well as beginners so that everyone will be able to feel good about their practice. ~

All levels welcome~ Leah Wrobel teaches yoga since 2003 in Israel, Europe and the USA, and is certified in Kripalu, Vijnana and Prenatal Yoga.
