Teen Film Festival at The Howe Library

DEADLINE TO ENTER: All entries must arrive before but no later than March 1, 2015 FILM FESTIVAL GUIDELINES: Participants -Films must be directed, filmed and edited by teens in grades 9-12 -Adults may act or assist in the filming of the movie, but the majority of the work (acting, directing, writing, filming and editing)must be performed by teens. -An entry form must be completed and submitted with the film. Film -Films may be on any topic, but must be G-or PG-rated in language and subject matter or they will be disqualified. -Films must be original works and no longer than 7 minutes in length, including credits. -Any music used in the film must be original compositions, royalty free, from a free source such as Creative Commons, or used with permission from the artist. Submission -Films must be saved onto a flash drive as a .mov file. The flash drive can be turned in at the Children's Desk at Howe Library on or before March 1, 2015. The flash drive should be clearly labeled with the director's name, phone number, and email address. -All films must be submitted with one entry form per film Please 'Continue' to go to the application
