Out With The Old and In With The New: 2015 New Year’s Resolutions

It’s that time of year again as we reflect on the past year
we often have a saying ”out with the old and in with the new.” As we look
forward to new things in 2015 we recently polled 100s of people who shared
their New Years Resolutions with us and clear themes emerged as we look forward
to next year. See what people in our community want to change in 2015.
Help Others

Exercise & Better Health
- Eat healthier
- Less Chocolate, more greens!
- Get in shape
- To get back in the gym of course

Sticking with physical therapy to improve mobility
- Lose weight

- No more sugar!
Personal Improvement
- Be better than I was last year
- Be more positive
- Make more time for myself

- Be less of a procrastinator
