Lieutenant To Retire From Lebanon Poloice Department

Lieutenant Scott M. Rathburn will retire after 26 years with the City of
Lebanon on April 17, 2015. He began his service to the City on April
16, 1989 and during his tenure held the ranks of Patrol Officer, Patrol
Supervisor (Corporal) and Patrol Sergeant. As a Lieutenant, he worked in
the Patrol Division, the Detective Division and the Prosecution
Division.
Thank you for your years of service. You'll be missed.
Lieutenant Rathburn has overseen R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Program since 2006.
