White River Junction, Vermont (December 12, 2018) – The Village at White River Junction, an all-new assisted living and memory care community at the corner of Gates and Currier Streets in White River Junction, will host a grand opening celebrating the completion of construction with an open house on December 14 from 1 to 4 p.m. The community will be offering refreshments, tours and entertainment, and the public is invited.

Festivities will include musical entertainment at 1 p.m. by Steve Swayne, the Jacob H. Strauss 1922 Professor of Music at Dartmouth, performing original arrangements of holiday favorites. At 2 p.m., Northlight Editions will open the community’s Crockwell Art Gallery featuring an exhibit of Collamer Abbott photographs. The celebratory open house will conclude with an official ribbon cutting at 4 p.m.
