There is little more perfect then juicy fresh summer berries. Whether it be strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries- you name it- they are little pops of heaven. And while the best way to eat them is warmed from the sun straight off the plant, sometimes we like to cook with them too. In this class we will prepare 3-4 sweet and savory recipes that celebrate natures candy.
