Join the fun and be a part of the 1st winter color event in the Northeast! Cross Country Ski or Snowshoe, untimed, on a set course and pass through multiple color stations. Upon finishing you’ll be adorned in bright colors from head to toe. The color being applied is a food-grade cornstarch in powder form (biodegradable, edible and non-toxic). Don’t worry about your clothing; we’ll supply you with a one-piece, disposable, white coverall to wear over your gear. Ski & snowshoe rentals will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. We encourage you to bring your own sunglasses or goggles. Live entertainment to follow featuring the “Four Hoarsemen” in the Draper Room. Participate in the Sleboggan Demo on our sledding hill. Net proceeds from Color Trek will benefit David's House in Lebanon NH. David's House is located adjacent to the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and serves as a home-away-from-home for families of children recieving treatment at the Childrens Hospital at Dartmouth.
